Sometimes customers are only focused on getting the cheapest pricing, which is an important consideration, but they do so without realizing the importance of the quality of equipment used to perform the job.

The difference in quality between pressure washing with a hot water machine versus a cold water machine cannot be understated. Custom built hot water machines generally cost $10,000, whereas cold water machine rolled out of the back of a pick up truck generally cost less than $400.

Using hot water is especially crucial on softer surfaces such as wood siding, decking, and stucco, as the heat softens and melts off the grime, not merely relying on the high pressure to clean the surface. Cold water simply relies on the extreme pressure, requiring the gun to be closer to the surface, greatly increasing the risk of damage to paint and other delicate surfaces.

We have all heard nightmare stories about surfaces being damaged or destroyed by pressure washing. Our high heat, low pressure method of steam cleaning with the best equipment available on the market eliminates the risk of damage to surface integrity.

Our company began 23 years ago with one man, a bucket, and a squeegee. Today, we boast over 20 vehicles in our fleet, top-of-the-line equipment, a team of highly trained technicians, and a full office staff. We are known throughout the Bay Area for our impeccable workmanship and commitment to making every job our top priority - no matter the size.
